CLASSES

A Private sessions is a great place to start if you are new to Pilates .

In this one on one setting, the class is customized to address your personal goals at a pace that works for you. Private sessions are also a good place to start if you want to go into go classes so you feel ready especially if you have specific challenges and need modifications.

This beginner-friendly class offers easy-to-follow beginner level Pilates choreography.  This class is open to newcomers and those needing modified forms. 

Workout with a partner in a duet. This session is designed to fit the needs of each participant. Its OK if you aren't working at the same level.

Learn all of the foundational principles of Pilates and the workings of the Pilates Reformer in this class. Pilates Reformer Fundamentals is perfect for newcomers or those seeking a slower-paced class. This session focuses on connecting to your core and breath, while emphasizing proper alignment 

and form.  

This class introduces more challenging components to the choreography and an increased demand on the core for stability and balance. A great class for people with experience on the reformer.  

A restorative class using foam rollers and other props to gently massage tight muscles and release tension. Open to all levels

Pilates Mat Class is a rejuvenating floor workout open to all levels. Integrating a variety of props with the classical Pilates routine, this class offers a complete body stretch and strengthening experience, focusing on breath, alignment, and balance. 

This class brings in creative choreography and other influences like yoga and dance to reformer routine. A great class for experienced Pilates practtioners who are looking for a challenge.
